In a shocking video that has emerged from Punjab's Jalandhar, a vehicle can be seen jumping a barricade and dragging a police personnel on the bonnet for several metres. A 20-year-old man was behind the wheels and has now been arrested and booked under charges of attempt to murder. The police is taking stern action against those who violate lockdown orders and attempt to harm law enforcement personnel.
